Returns
Eligibility for Return: Bare Muse offers a 7 day return window from the date of delivery of your order. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and invoice attached. Footwear that shows signs of wear, scuffing on the sole, or has been used outdoors is not eligible for a return.
To initiate a return: Email us at support@baremuse.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label within 1- 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5 - 7 business days of receiving the item and will be credited to your original payment method.
Exceptions: Sale items and limited-edition releases are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. In the case of COD orders, the customers will need to provide valid account details to the on the Return/Exchange My Order page initiation of refund or reach out to us at support@baremuse.com
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, missing or defective product, please contact our customer support team at: support@baremuse.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund in such cases.
