Shipping policy

We believe getting your Bare Muse pair should be as effortless as wearing them. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days — we'll always keep you informed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please allow 24 hours before reaching out - carriers occasionally update tracking ahead of actual delivery. After that window, contact us at support@baremuse.com and we'll investigate promptly.

We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

PO Boxes & Remote Areas

We ship to most PO boxes via standard shipping. Deliveries to remote or rural pin codes may take additional time and are subject to carrier availability.
